Former Associate Director - Belgrade Theatre, Coventry (2006-2008), Artistic Director and Chief Executive - Beer-Sheva Theatre (1993-1996), Artistic Director - Haifa Children’s Theatre Festival (1992-1993), Dramaturge - Beit-Lessin Theatre, Tel Aviv (1990-1992). Acting Teacher - Beit-Zvi Schoof of Performing Arts, Israel (since '82) LAMDA, London (1996-2006) and Teacher of Acting and Directing MFA theatre students at Tel-Aviv University (since 2011).
