Lizzie Hopley is a Liverpool-born actress and writer who trained at RADA.

She is a regular voice artist for Big Finish Productions’ Doctor Who and Dark Shadows series. Her first appearance was as the Eighth Doctor’s companion Gemma Griffin in Doctor Who: Terror Firma.

As a writer, her radio plays include Salome (Drama on 3); The Elizabethan Beauty Law (Radio 4); The Cenci Family starring Sally Hawkins, nominated for a Sony Academy Award & a Richard Imerson 1st play award. Her debut theatre play, Pramface, a horror revenge tragedy about celebrity and chavs, was awarded the Plat de Jour at Edinburgh Festival 2005.
