You may have noticed that our price bands state “starting at”. Make sure you book early to get these prices because as demand for tickets increases, prices may change.

Concessions:

Disabled tickets

NST supports a discount for all disabled tickets which covers a wide spectrum of needs. Registered Disabled customers receive a £2 discount and are entitled to a free companion seat if required. Disabled tickets can be booked online, but if you'd like assistance in booking a disabled ticket or an essential companion seat, please contact the Box Office on 023 8067 1771. We are aspiring to make disabled ticket service fully accessible online in the near future.

FURTHER ACCESS INFORMATION

 

Over 65

Over 65 ticket discounts are available at Matinees and some Evening performances where stated. Please check the price table underneath the performance seating plan that you'd like to attend or call the Box Office for more detail.

Under 18

Under 18 tickets are offered at most shows where the performance is suitable for children or young adults. Please check under 'Ticket Information' header on the show page for suitability or contact the Box Office if you have questions about suitability or content of a performance.

Students

We offer student tickets for most performances at just £10. To claim a student priced ticket you must present a valid Further/Higher Education ID at the Box Office either at the time of booking or on collection. Any bookers unable to show a valid ID will be asked to pay the difference for a full price ticket.

Babes in Arms

Children aged 18 months or under can attend free of charge to a certain productions, such as Children's Theatre and Family shows; please tell the Box Office at the time of booking (if you booking online, this can be done via the 'Access Info' box). Some productions are aimed at certain ages and children under 18 months may be charged. Please note that babes in arms are not allocated a seat, and are expected to remain on the lap of the accompanying for the duration of the performance. If you require further advice, please feel welcome to contact the Box Office.

At NST City, our main house can be configured into different seating layouts allowing us to be creative with the design of the show and your experience. The seating plan above shows our standard layout.

Group Bookings

Bringing Friends? Book 10 or more tickets and save!

Book 10 or more tickets as a group and receive generous discounts. The more you book the more you save.

You can book up to 15 tickets online at any performance. Where group rates apply, the discount is applied automatically!

However, if you give our Box Office team a call there might be additional savings at certain performances.

The most popular performances are selling fast so don't delay in booking seats today. Depending on demand the price may vary, book early for the biggest savings.

Schools Groups and  Education Tickets

Free Teacher tickets included in your booking!

Schools, colleges and education groups of 10 or more are eligable for special group rates on selected performances. We'll also include some additonal complimentary tickets when you book, ask us for more details.

 

Booking and Payment for Schools and Education:

The first 100 tickets at each Schools performance are £10 per ticket. After that tickets discounts increase the more you book. Bringing an extra class has its rewards!

Our Box Office team will give you guidance at the time of booking when the balance for your reservation is due.

 

Step 1: Call and place a reservation

Step 2: At the arranged date confirm the total amount of tickets required.

Step 3: 1 month before your performance or sooner, pay the final balance via BACS or Credit Card.

No seat numbers will be confirmed until the date of payment, we may need to move some seats to accommodate other groups.

Donating With Your Tickets

NST is a registered charity. You may be asked if you'd like to make a donation during your booking

We don't charge any booking fees or transactions fees for purchasing tickets at NST, however, you may be asked by our Box Office team or while booking online if you'd like to make a donation in place of this. Please consider making a donation with your booking by rounding up your total.

WHY SUPPORT US?

 

Ticket Exchanges and Refunds:

Ticket exchanges can be made up to 48 hours before the performance, but not afterwards.

A £5 transaction fee applies to all ticket exchanges. No refunds will be given once purchased. Terms and conditions apply

Reselling Tickets:

Can't attend your performance?

NST will offer a resale service once a performance is Sold Out. Customers will receive a refund minus the £5 Transaction fee stated above if we are able to sell your tickets on.

If you would prefer to offer your ticket to friends or family first, please let us know if it has been passed on.

Collecting Your Tickets:

We are happy for you to collect your tickets from the Box Office when you arrive for your performance, however, we can also:

  • Post your tickets for £1, just select this option at checkout
  • Email your tickets. Then you can either print them at home or just show our friendly ushers on your mobile device

Gift Vouchers:

We are no longer able to sell or accept Theatre Tokens.

NST Gift Vouchers will continue to be avaliable to buy online or from the Box Office. NST Gift Vouchers can be redeemed on any ticket or merchaidse purchase at either of our theatres. Ask the Box Office for more details.
